Breathe, Move and Unwind is a *donation- based class offering by Karen Penfold of Full of Hope Yoga and Amanda Varner of Mindful Kids Yoga to address the ** community’s growing need for Support, Resources and Services around Stress and Anxiety among our students and families
Karen will teach moms how to calm their mind and ease anxiety with a therapeutic yoga session of stretches, breath practices and mindful movement. No yoga experience required. Amanda will provide a mindful kids yoga class for children 6-11. The class is designed to help kids regulate emotion and increase their focus all while having fun. No yoga experience required.
