Adults and their children (ages 3 – 12) can attend class together in this playful yoga and mindfulness session. Together, you’ll learn traditional poses, find ways to stretch, explore breathing techniques, practice using your balance, and learn tools to encourage relaxation and stillness, but, there will be stories, games, and activities to help the younger students stay involved and engaged. Each participant should have a mat and children will be asked to stay on their mat during the class. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water for hydration.
