Join us for Watershed Day at McClellan Ranch Preserve in Cupertino! Volunteers will assist ongoing restoration of the native plant meadow by removing invasive plants. They will also participate in a plant identification walk, as well as educational stations about the Stevens Creek Watershed. Volunteers can expect to kneel or crouch while weeding, and they will use repetitive hand motions. Rain or shine! The event is brought to you by the California Conservation Corps Watershed Stewards Program in partnership with AmeriCorps, Grassroots Ecology, Santa Clara Valley Audubon Society, Friends of Steven Creek, and the City of Cupertino.
