AMPED Dance Studio has expanded to a 2,900 square ft. studio space located in Sacramento, CA. We are forming new fitness and dance classes and would love you to join us! We offer group and private lessons in a diverse array of styles and fitness modalities and personal training Programs can be customized to fit your specific needs.

Be on the look out for our special events supporting performing artists throughout our community. Our choreographers are available for hire for first dances, quinces and special performances. If you would like to host an event with us, we offer gorgeous event spaces, perfect for weddings, bachelorette parties, and more.

Kids Classes:

Monday – Friday – 3:30 pm – 6:30 pm

Saturdays – 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
