Mission: To provide an opportunity for our participants to get a better understanding of fitness and proper workout techniques; including an emphasis on gaining knowlegde about proper nutritional habits and overall life skills. Our campers will walk away with a sense of accomplishment in the work they’ve done and confidence that they can take with them far beyond the gym.
