At Odyssey Psychotherapy, I offer a range of services within my practice to meet your needs. I offer three configurations of psychotherapy: individual, family, and group. Additionally, I offer consultation and case management as a supplement to therapy or as a stand-alone service.
For teens or children, individual therapy is preferable when the issues are unique to the child and not significantly affecting other family members, or if the child needs a safe space to express himself/herself before engaging in family therapy. You will generally discover more benefits with a family approach if communication dynamics and strained relationships are the problem.
