Technique is where kids (walking age to 18 years old) build athletic skills and confidence while enthusiastic staff encourages self-esteem and skill development. Our programs allow kids of all abilities to participate in gymnastics, cheer, tumbling, kids fitness programs and a variety of other fun activities. We do have both girls and boys USA competitive gymnastics teams and competitive dance teams for those athletics wanting to compete.

Our day camps are designed to keep your kids active while they are not in school by providing them with new adventures and fun activities. Campers have an opportunity to meet new friends and experience several sports, creative arts, and group projects in a safe, kid friendly environment. Camps are offered during summer school breaks, school holidays and most non-instructional school days.
