Incorporated in 2011, InspiredWarrior (IWM Athletics) is a volunteer operated 501(c)3 nonprofit that offers safe and exciting recreational options for youth, adults, and families. Using martial arts, physical fitness, athletic-skill training, and nutritional education we empower participants to achieve a higher level of kinesthetic-awareness, self-esteem, and an understanding of the human body.
This unique approach to wellness provides structured and healthy therapeutic activities that improve: focus, self-confidence and respect among participants while promoting proper nutrition, daily physical activity, and providing an outlet for stress reduction.
