Move! is a cultural center, fitness facility, and capoeira academy in Sacramento, California. This 3300 sq/ft facility includes tumbling mats, free weights, wood dance floor, mirrors, over 50 brazilian percussion instruments, sound system, an unique and inspiring atmosphere, and more. Move! is home to the group Água de Beber, and is Sacramento’s only capoeira school.

Classes at Move! are fun, active, and can be taken by anyone.

To begin, you (or your child) are welcome to take advantage of our 20 day trial membership (just $20!).  Start anytime- just show up 10 minutes early to any beginners or all-levels class and have fun!

Anyone who has an interest in martial arts, dance, acrobatics, and or music will appreciate capoeira, which includes all of these.  Capoeira is a African-Brazilian tradition where students progressively learn the steps, kicks, dodges, percussion, and more, all while getting in great shape.
