The foundation of my therapy is the connection I make with my clients, providing a safe and supportive environment allowing each person to heal and grow. My individual, couples and family therapy is strength based, attachment focused and individualized. I specialize in working with adopted, kinship and blended families.

I have extensive experience working with LGBTQ individuals, couples and families.

Children exhibit these types of behaviors for many reasons and trying to figure them out on your own is not always possible. It can be so hard to ask for help, but we all need help from time to time. I know you love your child, but parenting a child with developmental, emotional, mental health or behavioral needs can be very challenging.
