Compassionate and effective counseling for individuals, couples and families
I received my Masters Degree in marriage and family counseling from Sacramento State University, and have been counseling individuals, couples and families in the Sacramento area since 1990. Over the past twenty years I’ve worked with a diverse group of individuals who have come to therapy for a broad range of issues, including grief, loss, PTSD, depression, anxiety, parenting (both children and adolescents), sexual identity, and codependency.
