Where Science is Kid's Play

Age Group:   0 - 1 yr. old, 2 - 5 yrs. old, 6 - 12 yrs. old

STEMful is a STEM education studio where children 9 months to 10 years old learn how the world works with project-based learning that feels like play. STEMful is a family’s education partner — we help prepare children for the careers of the future with an innovative, hands-on curriculum that teaches science through creative expression. With each learning experience building upon the next, STEMful children build confidence, because they see how things are connected. This confidence then helps them grow into adults who are prepared to solve the problems of the future.

OUR MISSION

Everyday we strive to build children’s confidence around how the world works by walking them through an engaging, project-based STEM curriculum that shows how science is all around them.

OUR VISION

We see a world where science is the main tool for helping us assess and solve problems. Every child is getting the STEM education she needs so that she can be a confident, productive, and purposeful member of society.

OUR STORY

The concept of STEMful blossomed in 2014 when founder Kim Nguyen-Ehrenreich, with a thriving San Francisco STEM-education business, conceptualized a warm and nurturing STEM space that would be inviting to the community. A space where parents could bring their children to learn, engage, and become curious about STEM. A space where curiosity could sprout…

Kim opened STEMful on March 17, 2020 to the San Francisco community. For parents, STEMful is the only aftercare or enrichment program that instills in children a life-long love for learning because STEMful engages them as curious, active participants in the learning process.

The dedicated team members all share a passion for teaching children STEM learning through interactive projects and storytelling.
