a Culinary Fun Center for all ages
Shelley and Rick, the owners of Cucina Bambini, opened up the Willow Glen store in 2008. The idea grew out of their love of food, as well as a background in business and education. Before Cucina Bambini, the couple operated the successful Ballard Montessori School for nearly a decade. Now, Cucina Bambini is in its ninth year with a new location in Los Gatos opened in early 2017.
Shelley runs the operation and is on site almost every day, while Rick helps out when he is not busy with his day job as legal counsel for a software company. Both of them grew up in the Bay Area and raised two children in San Jose. Ryan and Maddie have been helping their parents in the kitchen since they were toddlers.
