The Santa Clara Youth Soccer League is a 501c3 Non-Profit organization incorporated back in 1980. The Santa Clara Youth Soccer League is a league organized under the charter of the NorCal Premier League (affiliated with US Club Soccer), and Cal-North affiliated with US Youth Soccer).

The primary purposes of the Santa Clara Youth Soccer League is to develop, promote, and administer the game of soccer and to provide a healthy recreational activity while teaching sportsmanship and discipline to youth from under six years old to under the age of nineteen years within the territorial boundaries of the Santa Clara Youth Soccer League.

In addition to the above primary purposes, the Organization shall have and shall exercise all rights and powers conferred upon nonprofit corporations under the laws of the State of California, including the power to contract, rent, buy or sell personal or real property, provided however, that this corporation shall not, except to an insubstantial degree, engage in any activities or exercise any powers that are not in furtherance of the primary purposes of this corporation.
