Certified children’s yoga instructor Bonnie Hasson will lead youth ages 6 – 10 for a one-hour class that teaches yoga poses and strength-building exercises while helping each child improve flexibility all in a child-friendly playful manner!
Using yoga-based stories, games, and activities students will build on skills learned each week and develop an understanding of traditional yoga poses and playful adaptations of those poses.Each student should have a yoga mat or one can be rented from the studio. Please also bring a bottle of water for hydration!
