It’s time to get spooky! Our Halloween Festival is back. Bring the whole family to our Halloween theme festival. Enjoy free admission, free games and activities, and enter a free raffle for prizes from Southgate Plaza. All activities are free! Winners must be present to claim raffle prizes. This event is rain or shine. The Halloween Festival will take place in the empty space next to Foot Locker.
