Free Medallions for all contestants. Five age groups with Outstanding Costume Trophy for two children in every age category. A $5.00 Fee per contestant. Cash only please and all payments will be on the day of the event on stage upon signing ups. We will announce all contestants to come to the stage at 4:30 PM followed by the Costume Parade starts at 4:40 PM and then the Awards.
