Our Kids and Family Yoga series offers an opportunity for you and your school-aged children to stretch, relax and have fun! Using games, sharing, storytime and an assisted beginner’s yoga flow, your kids will be introduced to yoga and mindfulness while having fun with movement and breath. Our goal is to provide a way for kids to discover the physical, mental and emotional benefits of yoga in a fun, interactive, and approachable way.

**This class is for kids aged 5 and up. Kids must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18. Parent/guardian participation in all activities is welcome and encouraged.
