Jr. chefs are welcome to join this fun, creative sushi making class! The menu offers a healthy sushi menu featuring vegetarian and fish options, plus fresh vegetables for rolls. Chef’s will learn sushi rolling techniques and practice combining their favorite ingredients for amazing flavor and texture combos. In addition to mastering sushi rolls, Jr. chefs will also learn how to make traditional Japanese favorites, including handmade gyoza dumplings (meat and vegetarian options available), miso soup, and edemame. Finally, chefs will attempt the popular and viral Japanese style fluffy cheesecake to later impress friends and family!
