Painting allows for limitless exploration within a 2D visual medium, and provides access into a new form of self-expression. It supports creative growth, imagination, and development of fine motor, visual and spatial skills, problem-solving, confidence building, flexibility, and adaptability.
Children will be introduced to various art mediums like acrylics, watercolors, dyes, fabrics, pastels & collages, and learn different techniques in color theory, perspective, brush strokes, shapes, and basic value study, while enjoying the process of self-discovery, interaction with other kids, and understanding the correlation between art and life lessons.
