The Davis Musical Theatre Company’s Young Performers’ Theatre (YPT) is an all-volunteer organization. Actors ages 7 through 17 may participate – 18-year-old high school students are also encouraged to participate. No experience is required, but selection is by audition.
To conserve the Classic American Musical art form.
DMTC will endeavor to produce quality, affordable, family-oriented theatrical musicals open to all peoples. DMTC will provide a proving and training ground for amateur theatrical performers, directors, choreographers, musicians and technicians. DMTC will strive to involve a multitude of people and families seeking to make a contribution toward the preservation of the musical theatre art form.
