We are free community of moms who workout in the Sacramento and surrounding regions in parks and community centers. Moms and children are welcome to train with us for 30-45 minutes! We are a program under a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Fitness without Borders. Our goal is to connect mothers, create a healthier community and condition our bodies to be better leaders for our families!
