We offer a variety of programs for children (ages 4-12), teens, and adults. Our programs is mainly a Muay Thai Kickboxing program with the addition of ground tactics and self-defense strategies for the street, or bully situation for children or teens.
Our goal is to not only give them self-defense skills they can use against bullies or stranger, but to give them character traits like:
