CrossFit Folsom Lake – A community-based fitness program.  Using a life coach philosophy, the community is here to help you on your fitness journey.

The kids in the nation today are lazy, out of shape, entitled, and the country is going to hell in a handbasket on a rocket ship because of it. But there is hope… Meet the six brave kids who decided (or were dragged) to the inagural CFFL Functional Kid’s Class.  Ashley and Shauna will take the little ones three days a week for over an hour each day and give them back motivated happy and best of all tired.  Using a combination of games drills skills and free play your child will see exercise as something to look forward to.  You do not have to be a member of the gym yourself to sign up your child.  The cost is $50 per child for the entire three week program.  The kids are through their first week and the response has been overwhelmingly positive.

These kids will conquer the world…one burpee at a time.
