My name is Lilyne Rutherford. I started balloon twisting when I was about  10 years old. I would go to farmers markets with my mom since she had a boot there for her business Rutherford Reserve. There I realized I could start my own business balloon twisting. I am very passionate about balloons and believe in making all people smile. balloons are my art medium and its amazing the things you can do with something so simple.

I am now a college student attending ARC. I am studying Deaf culture and American sign language to, in the future, become a sign language interpreter. I am now using my business to fund my college.
