The objective of the Cordova Jr. Lancers Football and Cheer Organization is to provide an enjoyable experience in playing football and cheer for youths 5 to 14 years of age while teaching the basic fundementals of the game, teamwork, good sportsmanship, discipline, and leadership.

To encourage players to maintain satisfactory grades in school, and to emphasize the importance of keeping a balance between scholastic and athletic endeavors, and to provide a well organized and implemented program that is appreciated and favorably received by the parents of the Rancho Cordova Community.
