Individual training sessions are one hour in duration, conducted one-on-one with your trainer. Each work out is designed to turn your weakest skill into a strong one and to make your strong skills perfect.
Emphasis will be placed on the skills required to play the position(s) that you are playing on your team. However, we do believe in the more skills your child has, the better the opportunities.
You will be strongly encouraged to practice these skills outside of the session and your progress will be monitored. At Rock ball Lab, not only do we have elite, professional trainers but also offer the newest, top of the line training equipment available.
