And when we say fresh, we mean really fresh, from scratch, all the time. At Chevys, our goal is to share our happy place and fresh food with you. To give you a mini Mexican vacation, because let`s be honest: you need it. But if you really want to get know us, come on by. We want to get to know you too.

We promise to give you fresh flour tortillas made to order, hand rolled tamales, guacamole mashed right at your table, hot and sizzling fajitas, and pico de gallo chopped fresh each day. We could have chosen an easier pledge, like serving “kinda fresh, semi-homemade food, some of the time,” but then we`d be like everyone else and that would be zero fun.
