Sacramento Synchronized Swim Team is a 501c-3 non-profit, year round, nationally ranked swim team registered with USA Artistic Swimming, and the only competitive team serving the Sacramento Area.

Established in 1985,  Sac Synchro includes programs ranging from non-competitive pre-comp, Novice, Intermediate, Age Group, Junior, Senior and Masters and Athletes With Disabilities. Please check out our website for more information. Our practices are split between Clunie pool inside McKinley Park in East Sac and North Natomas Community Center & Aquatics Complex.
