Sacramento Synchronized Swim Team is a 501c-3 non-profit, year round, nationally ranked swim team registered with United States Synchronized Swimming and the only competitive team serving the Sacramento Area.

Sacramento Synchro is dedicated to the welfare of our swimmers and to the success of the team as a whole. Swimmers of all abilities and all ages can participate.
