SALAM Academy is committed to the ideals of academic excellence, personal growth, social awareness, Islamic and American values, through instilling in children knowledge of Islam, fostering positive feelings about themselves as individuals and as Muslims, and developing a sense of commitment to the diverse Muslim community and society. We aim to prepare our students for success in adulthood through the acquisition of knowledge and academic skills.

We offer a preschool program using High Scope Curriculum. We also offer transitional kindergarten using Race to the Top program implemented through Sacramento County. We also offer Kindergarten through 6th grade classes using Common Core State Standards including Terra Nova testing. We have Arabic, Quran, and Islamic studies program using Noor Art curriculum.

We teach children Islamic values that are implemented in their daily lives. In addition we make sure that children attend Jummah pray to prepare them for the future. Another great program we offer this school year after school is STEM , which stands for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.
