WarmLine provides resources, support, training and consultation to families of children with special needs birth to age 26 in 26 counties of Northern California. We are staffed by parents who share the common experience of parenting a child with special needs.

Our mission is to provide information, education and support to promote and strengthen the foundation of families and children with special needs so they can face the challenges of the present and create new dreams for the future.
