The goal of the Del Norte Dolphins Swim Team, its coaches, and the Northern California Swim League (of which the team is a member) is to provide and promote the finest recreational aquatic programs and most enjoyable participant and spectator experience for all involved.

To achieve this goal, we are guided by the following philosophy: We strive to encourage an individual to grow to his/her full potential, within the parameters of the League’s rules. If a champion is developed along the way, that is fine, but that is not the main purpose or goal of this swim team.
