Speed and Strength is a class that is designed for anyone who is interested in improving movement, stability, balance and strength. This class is perfect for anyone who not only wants to improve there strength and foot speed not only on the tennis court but also on the basketball court, baseball and or soccer field. The goal is to help kids be good athletes.

Kids will use med balls, body weight, resistance bands and light weights to improve there strength. Cones, ladders, speed robes will be used to increase the athletes speed.
