Established in 1996, Soaring Spirit Dance was founded by Ms. Jamie Parnum, who has always had a heart for dance as a form of worship. Over the years, Soaring Spirit has held classes in many locations and has expanded to incorporate a broad range of dance styles, including ballet, jazz, hip hop, Polynesian and more. Since 2008, Soaring Spirit Dance has been under the ownership of The Music Place, a like-minded and well-established business serving the music education community since 1984. At Soaring Spirit, costumes are modest, and music and movements are wholesome providing students with a foundation of dance technique that nurtures confidence & determination in a family environment. The integration of faith with dance provides an atmosphere where dancers of all ages can “Dance to Love…Love to Dance.”
