Capitol Bowl has been a cornerstone of West Sacramento community life since the early 1950`s. Originally “El Rancho Bowl” , Capitol Bowl was the first racially integrated bowling alley in Northern California, the first to have women-only bowling leagues, and a favorite of the Rolling Stones whenever they came to town for concerts. Capitol Bowl is everything you like to see in a bowling alley – birthday parties, bowling leagues, happy hour in the bar and grill, and also “glow bowling.”
