The water features are built into rocks, and even the slide keeps the theme with an outlook.

Wilderness Falls is located across from the Dino Dig in a designated Children’s Nature Play Zone that also includes a Nursing Nook and bathrooms (and it’s right next to the snack bar). It’s a one-stop oasis for families with little ones. There is a little creek for them to take a dip, a waterfall to hang out under, geysers (which have been a big hit), a sand pit area, and a lookout Tower with a slide.

Wild Water Park in Fresno is one of the largest water parks for kids in California, sitting on 52 acres of land, with 20 attractions and more than 30 slides for all to enjoy. Thrill seekers can have fun on their larger slides, while those with young children can spend time in the shallow pools. You can also rent out cabanas located throughout the park. 

Wild Water Adventure Park offers things you don’t find at most other water parks. It’s one of the only water parks in the world that offers recreational fishing. It’s also one of the few water parks that provides a limited number of barbeques for you to cook on. You can hit the slides, catch some fish, and end the day with a family BBQ.

From waterslides to bumper boats, 18-hole miniature golf to laser tag, ropes course adventure to batting cages, go-karts to arcade games, and claw machines, Blackbeard’s has it all.

Multiple water slides mean there are lots of opportunities for old-fashioned mat-based fun. Entrance to the park is free, meaning you’ll only pay for the rides you take – good news if not everyone in your party loves the water. The 5,000-capacity picnic area is also worth a stop – no matter how large your group is, there’ll be space.

You can catch the Fresno Grizzlies at Chukchansi Park this summer, and the kids can enjoy some time at the splash zone near the right field. Fresno Grizzlies mascot Parker visits the splash park during the 2nd and 8th innings in every game. This 1,500 square-foot water park in the right field provides a respite from summer temperatures all season long, keeping kids and parents alike plenty entertained and cooled off. 

The Splash Park, presented by Community Medical Centers, is accessible to Grizzlies fans and open to all fans during any home game. The splash pad elements were custom-designed to enhance the ballpark atmosphere and include baseballs, a baseball glove, bats, and multiple flush-mount jets. This is the most iconic kids’ park in all of minor league baseball.

It’s free to access and enjoy, and we’re sure the kids will be okay with you joining in their fun. Shooting water spouts, buckets of water that pour on top of people, water-shooting archways, and spinning water disks combine to make Todd Beamer Park one of the must-visit water parks in Fresno for kids.

Todd Beamer Park also offers shaded play areas, a dog park, and skate areas. We could stay there all day with two total jungle gym sets behind the splash pad setup and a big open field to kick the soccer ball around.

Do you want your child to be safe around any body of water? Bring them out to the Central Aquatics Complex. Each summer, the pool is open to the public for swimming. It’s nice because it’s not just a swimming pool, they also have slides. Kids will receive the best education in water safety stroke techniques and get them on the fast track to having fun in the pool.

If you go swimming, bring some chairs, as there is not always a place to sit (unless you don’t mind the ground). You can also reserve a space for parties (outside of regular swim hours). If you stay for a long time, bring some food and drinks. You can also buy from their snack area, but it’s pretty basic. Bring your family out for a relaxing day by the pool!
