We invite you and your well-socialized dogs and cats to join us for a paws-itively awesome day celebrating our furry family members! This free event marks the beginning of a global movement, with rallies happening worldwide throughout June. We’re coming together to express our love and appreciation for dogs and cats and to protest the cruelty of the Yulin Dog Meat “Festival” held in Yulin, China, on June 21.
At the International Pet Appreciation Rally, we’ll honor the companionship, loyalty, and unconditional love that dogs and cats bring to our lives. And we’ll work towards ending the horrific dog and cat meat trade for good. Join us as we unite our voices in a powerful demonstration of compassion. Together, we’ll send a clear message to Yulin city and the world: it’s time to recognize and appreciate dogs and cats as family, not food.
