My Good Brain will be hosting free arts and mental wellness activity workshops for children. In this series of 1-hour workshops, we will be teaching children about various mental health topics such as mindfulness, stress/anxiety, and more. Following the teaching portion of the event, children will be engaging in an art activity that both demonstrates their understanding of the lesson and their new social-emotional skills.
