They offer an action-packed program filled with games, crafts, fitness, along with math, science, reading, history, and nutrition education.

Spring Break camp is a special four-day condensed version of basic camp in the Sacramento region. The youth camps are for kids between the ages of 7 to 17 years old. Instruction and activities include sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, and kayaking.

Effie Yeaw Nature Center’s spring camps in Sacramento region are offered during school spring break. Each camp focuses on the incredible natural world and includes lessons and crafts or other activities, and a hike to keep your kids busy. They encourage kids to dress appropriate for the weather (usually layers for spring) and to wear clothes that can get a bit dirty. Campers will be outside, after all.

The Sacramento Adventure Playground is excited to offer spring break camps in 2022! There is a lot of science, engineering, and art (STEAM) behind their enrichment activities, but they also have an emphasis to keep it at an understandable kid level. One that they can relate to by using common and simple materials.

Extended care is available, including free programming and lunches. All camps are themed around the adventure play concept. A vast assortment of critters from bugs to a large tortoise will be the focus on this camp, with hands on learning and fun.
