Summer campers enjoy physical activities to kick off their camp day, both to warm-up and get to know each another. They then group campers by age and ability. The camp instructors teach and campers practice gymnastics, dance, or ninja skills and related activities. Campers have a snack break around 10:00am, followed by more gymnastics/dance/ninja, a small art/craft project, and then a lunch break around noon.
Afternoons have more physical activities, and often allow some free choice for campers to practice their favorite skills. There’s no formal dress code. Dress for comfort, warmth, and active movement, though remember baggy clothing can get in the way. No buttons or zippers please, as they can get caught in the equipment.
