The gathering will feature a petting zoo, egg hunt, and crafts. The morning’s highlight is a special interactive Easter story with Village Church’s senior pastor, Dr. Jack Baca. His annual telling of Christ’s crucifixion and resurrection regularly attracts hundreds of children and adults.

Bring a swimsuit and join Belmont Park’s springtime fun at Plunge San Diego with its Annual Underwater Easter Egg Hunt event. This event features open swim in their 85-degree heated pool, the award winning giant floating obstacle course, underwater and dry-land Easter egg hunts, bouncy houses, a special Glow in the Dark egg hunt and local vendors. Plus, the Easter Bunny will make an appearance for meet and greet photo opportunities!
The underwater egg hunt will include both floating and sunken eggs in the shallow end of the pool (2.5-3 feet of water) for participants to collect eggs with their age groups, then turn in the collected eggs for prizes. Welcome back to the 3rd Annual Serra Mesa Easter Egg Hunt for ALL! Last year, nearly 500 people (many kids) attended and hunted for eggs at the Cabrillo Heights Park Lawn. This year, they’re coming back with 5x the amount of eggs. They have over 10,000 eggs being hidden.
