When kids attend Camp CaHiTo spring break camps in San Diego, they discover a fantastic 7.5-acre reserve in Balboa Park. They use the well-established curriculum from Camp Fire to facilitate outdoor adventures, social growth, and decision-making skills. Campers will participate in various activities- age-appropriate games, hikes, and crafts determined by the counselors and what the group likes to do. Activities include Stem, archery, hiking, arts and crafts, scavenger hunts, and more!
All Campers will be in small groups of children of the same age, with whom they will spend the entire session. Camp CaHiTo is a “group-centered” camp – meaning that campers have the same counselor and peer group for the camp session. Group-centered camping gives children the best opportunity to experience the powerful feeling of belonging, to make and keep new friends, and to connect with their counselors.

Explore the life of a bug this spring! Join San Diego Children’s Discovery Museum for a full week of outdoor exploration. San Diego Adventure Camp offers a premium day camp experience for kids ages 5 to 12 years old. Camp hours are 9am-3pm – all attendees must register for the sessions they want to attend. They have early drop-off (as early as 7:30am) and late pick-up (as late as 6pm) available as needed for $25/hour per child, or unlimited extended care for $179 per week. They keep a strict camper to staff ratio to ensure the safety of the kids; (Age 5, 1:5 Ratio), (Ages 6-8, 1:6 Ratio), (Ages 9-14, 1:8 Ratio)
Their activity-based camp is focused on themed days and weeks with plenty of fun activities in the pool and around Belmont Park. The Watersports Spring Break Camps are the perfect opportunity to get a little taste of summer camp without having to wait until June! These camps are the same programs they offer in the summer season but meet during the spring recess for the majority of San Diego schools and even start a bit later at 9am to allow your hard working student to sleep in a bit.
The Watersports Camp is an exciting day camp offering kids ages 6 to 17 camps in wakeboarding, sailing, surfing, paddling, marine science and much more. The camp is held at the Mission Bay Aquatic Center, which is owned and operated by Associated Students of SDSU and UCSD Recreation, and the camp is sponsored by the YMCA.

The Spring Camp is open to Lemon Grove School District students in grades TK-6th grade. They are partnering with 2 community partners for Spring Break. You will have the opportunity to select your preferred camp location. If your preferred choice cannot be accommodated, you will be enrolled at the alternate location. All families interested in Spring Camp must complete an application.
Spring Camp is available free of charge for current students in Lemon Grove School District. It will include breakfast and lunch for all campers. You are welcome to send your child a healthy snack. The student-to-staff ratio for TK and Kinder is 1:10 and 1:20 for 1st-6th grade students.
